Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please review the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Return
   Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process
   To start the return process, please log in to your account and submit a return request. You will receive clear instructions on how to proceed, including a return shipping label. Simply follow the steps provided to send the product back to us.

Return Shipping Fees

• Domestic Returns:
  If you choose to return an item for a refund to your original payment method, a return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund amount.
  Returns for store credit, however, do not incur any shipping fees.

• International Returns:
  For returns outside the US, international shipping fees vary by location and will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, international customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are not refundable. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by NORVIK SUPPLY CO..

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email that your refund has been processed. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards

• Final sale items or clearance items

• Personalized or custom-made products

Store Credit

If you opt for store credit, we will issue a gift card to your account. Store credit can be used toward future purchases and does not expire. Please note that store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
